Purpose of the Conference
The recent crises have uncovered the vulnerabilities of societies, individuals, businesses, and economies, demanding for a reshaping of how social, economic, and technological activities are organized. This crunch calls for reactions based on responsibility, solidarity, and co-operation. Given this background, Canadian Institute of Technology in co-operation with other universities and main actors is organizing the International Conference on Intelligence based Transformations of Technology and Business (ICITTB): “Shaping the Future: Digital Economy and Recent Technology Trends”. This scientific event aims to welcome international partners in the field of economy and technology through their work to highlight and analyze the main challenges and trends in various fields of technology and economy.
All submitted manuscripts should contain previously unpublished original research. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following fields:

The review process will be double-blind. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two members of
scientific committee. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical
depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.
- Original: the paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discusses existing research
with promise of new insight, discusses new research; or presents new ways of
considering existing information - Engaging: presentation format will involve the audience in some way, or has high
potential to attract conference attendees by addressing needs of the community - Significant: the paper raises and discusses issues important to improving the
effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts, and its contents can be
broadly disseminated and understood - Quality: claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw upon relevant literature;
and limitations are described honestly - Relevant: the paper addresses one or more of the themes of the conference

Submission Instructions:
Papers submitted at the conference will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Papers must be directly related to the main theme or address one of the suggested topics.

Conference Proceedings:
The conference proceedings will be published online in a Proceedings Book (with ISBN) and indexed in Google Scholar for all accepted and presented papers.
Presentation
Authors will present their papers onsite or online through the ZOOM platform. Presentations must have a maximum duration of 10 minutes. Participants should present their themselves during panel sessions.
Publication Opportunities
The papers can be initially submitted as abstracts or as full papers according to the site guidelines. All papers will be peer reviewed by at least two members of the international scientific committee. Quality and well-defined Novelty and Contribution in the fields of the conference will be the primary criteria for acceptance of the intended submissions.
All accepted and presented papers will be published as full papers (min. 1500 words) in the conference proceedings with ISBN Number and will be indexed in Google Scholar.
Selected presented papers will be published by IAER UK publishers (https://www.theiaer.org/) in SCOPUS indexed proceedings and their extended versions will be considered for publication, after further peer review, to IAER Annals of Emerging Technologies in Computing (AETIC) SCOPUS indexed journal and IAER Annals of Contemporary Developments in Management & HR (ACDMHR) journal.
Selected presented papers will be published by the International Journal of Innovative Technology and Interdisciplinary Sciences (IJITIS https://ijitis.org/index.php/ijitis/indexing ), in a special issue, indexed in Publons (Clarivate Analytics), CiteFactor, Index Copernicus, Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar etc. and under review by WoS and SCOPUS
All authors of registered and presented papers will have the opportunity to submit their corresponding full papers for publication in a special issue of the open access CIT Review journal (https://crj.cit.edu.al/), indexed in Ulrichsweb™ & Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory and CiteFactor databases, after further peer reviewing to meet journal’s publication criteria.
Moreover, Extended versions, at least 50% different in content, of the full papers submitted for publication at the special issue of the CIT Review journal could be submitted to several planned journal special issues too, including SCOPUS/SCIE journals, to be announced soon.
