It was a pleasure to host Mr. Arjan Xhelaj, the founder and director of RASH (Academic Network of Albania) an experienced institutional leader and manager with a demonstrated history of working in the government, public administration, and industry.

This meeting discussed future collaboration and projects focusing on the development of “Open Science” in Albania, where we presented innovative approaches at different phases of the scientific research process, fostering an open science culture and approximation incentives for it.

Pleased to announce that as an actor involved in scientific research activities, CIT joins this memorandum as a first step in embracing guiding principles for open science. Therefore this meeting constitutes a signal of close cooperation between the two institutions and many future activities.
