Our lecturers in the Faculty of Economy, MSc. Erjona Deshati and MSc. Besarta Tafa participated in a 5-day event hosted by the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice, Czech Republic, in the framework of the Erasmus + Programme.

During this visit, they had the chance to share their knowledge with students and participants through lectures on: Financial Risk Management, the use of Even Break Point Analysis, Strategic management, and Project management.

In addition to the lectures, the mobility included discussions on research good practices and also various ideas on potential collaboration among the professors who share similar research interests were pointed out. It reinforced and extended the professional network and built up new contacts.

This was a great opportunity to participate in multicultural activities while also engaging with peers, establishing new collaborations and seizing opportunities to develop joint European projects, scientific workshops, seminars, and much more.
