Our Professor, MSc. Klodiana Bllaci, and Ms. Nuriona Berdica, a representative from Kreston Albania, led a round table discussion on “Ethics and Integrity in Accounting and Auditing.” Prof. Bllaci and Ms. Berdica are Legal Auditors in Albania with extensive experience in Financial Consulting, Accounting, and Auditing.

During this roundtable, they highlighted the importance of this trait in Accounting and Auditing including confidentiality of information, increasing customer satisfaction, maintaining peers’ trust, honoring your professional commitments, and last but not least improving your reputation in the market. By the end, some real cases were discussed with students to identify whether financial managers had complied with the ethical code in the decisions they had made.

These activities are an excellent way to provide value to our students by bringing together experts from various fields to share their experiences and provide valuable insights into their respective industries.
