With a team of President, Secretary, and other representatives, the #CIT student government serves to improve the student experience by advocating for and representing their peers’ interests, needs, and rights, as well as working to address various challenges.

As a direct liaison between the university and its students, the Students Government had an insightful meeting regarding their yearly activities agenda. These meetings consist of the bulk of the day-to-day decisions made things as student activities, student clubs, university trips, or planning for assemblies.

One of the main topics discussed was a possible trip to one of the destinations selected by the students. Participants took motions and seconds to open and close discussions and to vote on decisions, with the secretary recording the minutes of the meeting.
